London Road is delighted to sponsor and host Beavers, Brownies, Cubs, Scouts, Guides, and Explorer Scouts in our church! The uniformed groups meet weekly, hold regular parade services on Sundays, put on charity activities for the community, have days and weekends away, and host the church at their campsite at Colgate during the summer.

Rainbows is the section of Girlguiding for girls aged five to seven and a new unit, 1st Springfield Rainbows, started at the church in September.
Rainbows is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun through arts and crafts, trying out cooking and playing games. Rainbows is all about learning by doing.
Rainbows follow a programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw, through which they can take part in lots of different activities with girls their own age. The Rainbow Jigsaw has four areas: Look, Learn, Laugh, Love;
Recently the Rainbows invited church members to visit their meeting and were pleased to offer their visitors cupcakes they had decorated and a special sunrise drink they had made.
